Sodium Dihydrogen Phosphate (MSP)
Chemical formula: NaH2PO4.nH2O (n=0, 2)
Molecular weight: 119.96
Executive standard: HG/T2767-1996
Traits:
Anhydrous sodium dihydrogen phosphate is a white powder with a melting point of 190°C. The dihydrate is a white granular crystal with a relative density of 1.915 and a melting point of 57.40°C. Both are easily soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents, and absorb moisture in the air.
Use:
Used in boiler water treatment, acidity buffer, detergent, baking powder, mica flake masonry, dye additives, tanning, electroplating, etc. It is also the raw material for food preparation of sodium dihydrogen phosphate, sodium acid pyrophosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate. Used as a buffer, emulsifier, nutrient, etc. in food and beverages.
